Lee has a tech background and has functioned as a 25+yr Silicon Valley executive. Lee brings both M&A experience as well as a knowledge of how to leverage technology as a strategic advantage for the company. It will be Lee’s focus to negotiate and secure the territorial rights, manage the relationships with Transworld corporate office as well as the local company structure.
Dan Conrad
CFO

Dan has over 25 years in senior management roles ranging from startups to large organizations; deep banking experience; financial and operation accountability. Dan's resume includes, Senior Vice President at Bank of America where he managed a cross functional team responsible for corporate clients with revenues in excess of $100 million. Some of Dan’s other roles have included COO/CFO and founding partner for New Barn Inc., Managing Director of global turnaround company- Regent Pacific Management Corporation and COO in a senior management team that was responsible for the turnaround and eventual sales of a frozen dessert manufacturer. Dan holds an MBA, with distinction, and attended Harvard Business School's Executive Program
