We provide our professional expertise representing the buyer throughout the entire business acquisition process. Including but not limited to: Target identification, business operations and financial review, negotiation and offer presentation, securing funding, due diligence transaction closing, and transition.

Market Value Analysis (MVA)

Starting at $500

If you've already found a business you'd like to acquire and simply want a professional to review the financial data to ensure the business accurately fits within your desired parameters (prices, income, margins, etc.), we can provide a Market Value Analysis (MVA). The MVA is a printed report provided to you reviewing at minimum the business' most recent three-years financials against its specific industry standards at comparable business sales within that industry. Giving you the information you need to make an informed decision on how to proceed.

LOI/Offer

Starting at $250

If you've already found your acquisition target, reviewed the financials, and have done a business walkthrough and are now ready to make an offer we can assist in preparing a Letter of Intent (LOI) and/or a formal offer, including purchase price and any pertinent terms (transition timelines, non-competes, payment terms, etc.), as well as any subsequent counter-offers and negotiations.
